Group Personal Training

 

The Canadian Fitness & Squash is pleased to offer a Group Personal Training Program. 

 

This program is for you if:

·         You want a leaner, more defined physique

·         You want to build a strong lean body

·         You want to build a toned tight body

·         You need a motivator and enjoy working in a group setting

 

Some of the key components of the program are:

·         Continuously changing the routines to confuse the muscles to get faster results

·         Continually increasing intensity throughout the program so you won’t plateau

·         Correcting imbalances in posture and physique

·         Increasing flexibility and strength to prevent injury

 

This program will be run by Tim Gadde

 

Registration Details

 

Cost:                From $19.95 per class for members

                        From $24.50 per class for non-members

**The above pricing is based on a 3 month commitment.  The minimum registration period is one month.

 

Price for 4 weeks         $195 member, $229 non-member

Price for 8 weeks         $349 member, $425 non-member

Price for 12 weeks       $479 member, $589 non-member

Plus GST

 

The program runs 2 times per week.  Classes are 1 hour and run on Tuesdays and Fridays starting at 6 PM.  It is limited to 8 participants.  Payment in full is required upon registration to confirm your spot.  The first session begins on Tuesday January 12, 2010.
