muscles to get faster results

Continually increasing intensity throughout the
program so you won’t plateau

Correcting imbalances in posture and physique

Increasing flexibility and strength to prevent injury

commitment. The minimum registration
period is one month.

The program runs 2 times per week. Classes are 1 hour and run on Tuesdays and
Fridays starting at 6 PM. It is limited
to 8 participants. Payment in full is required
upon registration to confirm your spot.
