What is it?

Each month you will receive a new work out program.  We will also run a scheduled group demonstrations of the program so you can see how each exercise is performed. 

 

Who is it for?

This is for anyone who is in good health but is having trouble staying motivated and/or having trouble getting to the gym and working out.   This is for anyone who is in a work out rut of always doing the same thing.

 

Who is it not for?

If you have special needs due to an injury or health condition, the best solution for you is working directly with a personal trainer who can provide a program specific to your requirements.

 

What are the benefits?

1.  Continually doing new and different exercises will result in greater gains and more functional development.

2.  Short term goals!  It is much easier to break your goals down into bite sized chunks.  With the workout of the month club, you have monthly goals.

3.  Great programs from certified trainers.

 

How much does it cost?

$19.95 plus GST per month
