GROUP FITNESS CLASSES FOR OLDER ADULTS

 

This program is suitable for those who have already taken the program as well as those who are new to fitness

This program is comprised of two specific classes:

 

Studies have shown that exercise helps reduce your risk of heart disease; diabetes; colon cancer; obesity, and osteoporosis, amongst many other ailments.  Further, exercise helps to lower cholesterol levels and reduce joint swelling and pain in people suffering from arthritis.  Why would you not want to be an active older adult today?  Optimize your fitness with group exercise!

 

Our classes are instructed in a “freestyle” format that is easy to follow and presented in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.  Our Specialty Classes are taught by an Instructor who has Specialty Certifications and extensive training for the format being taught. 

 

Next Session

Begins Tuesday Feb. 2 and will run for 5 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

There are a maximum of 10 participants in this program.  You must pay in full to confirm your registration.  The price is $150 for non members and $80 for members.  Note the first session sold out so please book soon.
