With membership comes privilege. At The Canadian all of our group fitness
classes are complementary for members, including Yoga, Pilates and Spinning. We also offer a
10 class pass for you to bring guests to your club.

CANADIAN CYCLING
Cycling is non-impact, no choreography.........pure fun fitness class for everyone! Class takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor coaches your through a workout that includes, flat, hills, races, mountains, etc.... Calories are burning, muscles are building, endurance is improving throughout the whole class. You choose your intensity as each bike is personalized for your body type, strength and abilities. You will want to come back for more!

CANADIAN CYCLING BOOTCAMP
Combine cycling cardio segments with effective strength and endurance resistance training and you have a BOOT CAMP class that will REV UP YOUR body. You will be expertly coached for safety and for success!
This workout is recommended for athletes, weekend warriors and calorie killers who want to take their workout to the next level.
CANADIAN CYCLING & YOGA
A 40 minute spin class full of energy and calorie burning followed by 35 minutes of fabulous yoga to detoxify the muscles and relax the body. A winning combination.
Recommended for EVERYONE!
ZUMBA
This is the hottest workout's going! Burn calories by moving your body to easy latin and international dance music. Zumba is a system of training that helps improve your memory, ignites energy and pushes your cardio fitness to new levels. NO DANCE EXPERIECE NECESSARY!

CARDIO GROOVE
GROOVE classes are fitness classes where you learn really simple moves inspired from a variety of dance styles like hip hop, jazz, latin, Top 40, african, bollywood, etc. and then you get to DANCE them your own way. Why GROOVE? It's a really FUN way to exercise and be active! Dancing has many health benefits that go beyond making your muscles and heart stronger...try a GROOVE class today and start DANCING for the HEALTH of it!

BUNs 'N GUNs
Blast into your workout with a class that will tone and trim your legs and buns, sculpt your shoulders, biceps and triceps. This class fuses cardio and strength. The STEP may be used, (floor options will be offered). The emphasis is on the heart and muscular output not the choreography. Our fabulous instructors will motivate you to work to reach your greatest potential, while coaching safety and intensity levels. Bring your friends, family........enemies to this amazing calorie shootout!

PUMP
Shape and sculpt your body in this all-round conditioning class. The focus of this class is a total body workout that can range from traditional strength and cardio Intervals, to circuit training and/or Pilates and Yoga strength-based movements. Bring your body in for a tune-up every week to improve your strength and stability, balance and flexibility.
Recommended for all fitness levels.
BOOTCAMP
Maximize your calorie burn and rev up your fitness level with this total body interval class featuring cardio and strength based intervals that will use callisthenic style drills to push you to your limits so that you need the rests between intervals.
Low impact options will be provided.
CARDIO SWEAT
Burn calories and melt away POUNDS with an extended 40 minute low impact cardio combined with functional CORE exercises that will lengthen and strengthen your core muscles . No equipment necessary, just great music, movement and a WOW experience.

CANADIAN FUSION
This class features a 30-35 minute power-based cardio workout that focuses on the endurance and strength of your heart, followed by a combination of yoga and pilates based postures to stengthen and lengthen the muscles. An excellent class to improve performance of the core muscles and to shed the toxins from the muscles and mind.

HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga is the path of physical yoga or the yoga of postures, and is the most popular branch of Yoga in Western culture. Hatha Yoga considers the body as the vehicle for the soul.
